The Order Activity page in NetworkConnect, SiteConnect, and (optionally) CustomerConnect can be accessed by users with the *View Water Order Activity* scope. By default this includes users with the PLANNER role for a site.

To make this page available in CustomerConnect, give authority for this scope to the SP OPERATOR role.
