Access to NetworkConnect and SiteConnect is managed by:

- Giving users access to specific areas, groups, or sites using roles that include access, or by giving users VIEW_OBJECT access to those objects. System level access is not used in these applications.
- Ensuring that users have appropriate access to the Business Applications authentication group.

When a user logs in to SiteConnect or NetworkConnect, they will see the objects to which they have VIEW_OBJECT authority either directly granted or inherited from another role.
