# Report Description

The IVR and Web Usage report lists all customer logins via IVR or Web over a defined period.

# Report Parameters and Options

| **Parameter** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Planning Group | Select a planning group for which to run the report |
| Start/End Date | Set the report period |

# Report Output

## Summary

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Telephone login | Number of distinct customers logging in via IVR in period |
| Web login | Number of distinct customers logging in via web in period |

## List of IVR Logins

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| User No. | User No. of the customer who logged in using IVR |
| Name | User's name |
| Date/Time | Date and time of log in |

## List of Web Logins

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| User No. | User No. of the customer who logged in using the web |
| Name | User's name |
| Date/Time | Date and time of log in |
