Use the **Report Scheduler > Publish** tab to change the publishing settings for a scheduled report, or to preview the report immediately.

# Manage the publication settings of a report

1. In the Scheduled Reports and Tasks module select the report that you want to change.
2. Open the **Publish** tab and click **Edit** to edit the report publishing details.
3. Make any changes required to the publishing settings and click **Save** to save your changes.

# Preview a report:

Choose an output option and click **Execute**. The report will run and be displayed as soon as processing is complete.

# Temporarily suspend a report

Clear the **Publish Report** checkbox. This will leave a report on the scheduled list but no report output will be generated.
