# Report Description

The Message Send Failures report lists the number of messages that have been generated for each customer since a specified date, and the number of those messages that failed to send successfully.

# Report Parameters and Options

| **Parameter** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Messages Since | Select a starting date and time for the report. The report will include messages sent after this time and date. |

# Report Output

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Customer No | Customer number |
| Party | Customer's full name |
| Phone No | Customer's phone number |
| Email | Customer's email address |
| #Failures | Number of generated messages that were not successfully sent |
| #Messages | Total number of messages generated for this customer during the period (including failed messages) |
