# Report Description

The Property Details report generates a list of all properties filterable by area. It shows the owner's name and contact number, the current allocation, and whether orders are stopped for the property.

# Report Parameters and Options

| **Parameter** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Properties in Area | Select an area to report on properties in that area, or select the check box to the right of the field to report on all properties. |

# Report Output

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Property Name | Name field of the property |
| Stopped Indicator | Current setting of the property Stopped Indicator attribute. If this is set to YES, orders cannot be placed for the property. |
| Owner's surname/given name | Full name of the owner |
| Allocation | Allocation in ML |
| Phone No. | Owner's primary phone number |

The Party Details report lists the name and contact details of registered parties.

<u>[Stopped Supplies Report](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RptNC/pages/1987019428)</u>

The Stopped Supplies report lists any properties for which water supplies are currently stopped. This is done by setting the *Stopped Indicator* attribute for the property to *Yes*. In this condition, no orders can be placed for the property. You can optionally proved a reason for stopping orders by setting the *Reason Stopped* attribute.
