# Report Description

The Property Entitlement report generates a list of all properties filterable by area and by property owner. It shows the owner's name and contact details, and the current allocation, usage, and remaining entitlement for the property at the report date.

The report is typically customised for the types of allocations you are using, so this topic describes only the common features of the report.

# Report Parameters and Options

| **Parameter** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Report On | Choose the scope of the report. This can be:<br>- All parties
- A single party
- All parties in an area. Note that this option looks for any properties that fall within the area. It may include outlets connected to the property that fall outside the area.
- A single property |
| Party Name/Area/Property | This field will be displayed if you have chosen to report on a restricted range of parties or properties.<br>Refine the report scope:<br>- To report on one party, select the party name
- To report on all parties in an area, select the area
- To report on a property, select the property name |
| Effective date | Date at which to report the entitlements. Defaults to the current date and time. |

## Other Report Parameters

This report is typically customised so that you may see other report parameters depending on your specific configuration. For example, if you use crop types, you will have the option to restrict the report by crop type.

| Property name | Name of the property |
| Owner's full name | Name of the party with OWNER role for the property |
| Owner's address | Address of the property owner |
| Allocation | Shows the allocation(s) applied to the property. |
| Usage | Shows the usage(s) recorded to the report date |
| Remaining | Shows the allocation(s) remaining at the report date |
