Use this report component to create a table based on an object type. Each row of the table displays attribute values for an individual object.

An Object Attribute table paragraph consists of a Data table (defined on the Data tab) which is used to extract data from the database, and a report table (defined on the Table tab) which is used to present the data.

# Object Attribute Table parameters

This parameter is added to the report automatically for every Object AttributeTable paragraph:

- **Area/Group** - sets the parent area or group for the objects.

# Create an Object Attribute Table

**Step 1**

Click New Paragraph to open the Add Paragraph dialog and choose Object Attribute Table. The New Object Attribute Table screen opens

**Step 1**

On the **General** tab, enter a name for the paragraph. This will identify the paragraph in the report structure pane.

**Step 2**

On the **Data** tab, select the **Object Type** for the table.

**Step 3**

Select the checkboxes for any attribute values that you want to display in the table. The object name and type are added by default.

> ℹ️ **Note**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ The attributes listed are those that apply to the object type you selected. If you chose to include object sub-types, any attributes that apply only to a sub-type cannot be displayed in the report.

**Step 4**

Click the **Bind Data** button. This binds the columns in your data table to columns in the report table.

**Step 5**

On the **Table** tab, make any changes you need to your report table. See <u>[Working with Report Tables and Columns](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/RptNC/pages/1979744611)</u> for more information.

**Step 6**

**OK** to save your changes.
