# View Your Request List

To view your request list, log into the Rubicon Customer Support Center. Click the **Requests** button to view your request list.

Your request list will open:

> ℹ️ **Note**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ By default your request list will show *Open* requests which are requests that have not yet been closed. For example, you may not have approved the requests yet. Use the filter options to show other requests.

# View Request Details

To view request details, click on the request reference number or summary. You can use the details form to:

- View request details including status and any notes that have been added to the request.
- Add your own comments in the **Activities** section of the form.
- Approve or Decline any requests that are waiting for approval.

# Cancel the Request or Change the Request Status

You can cancel or modify the request status from the Request Details form.

> ℹ️ **Note**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ The options available will depend on the current request status.

To cancel or change a status, tap the option you want in the Status panel at the top right of the Request Details form.

When you change the status or cancel the request you’ll be prompted to add an (optional) comment to the request. Enter a comment if you wish and click the appropriate button to continue.

# Manage Notifications

By default you will receive email notifications as work on the request progresses. You can turn notifications off for each request in the Request Details form. Click the Notifications icon to toggle notifications on or off.
