# Configuring Default Order Flow Rate

For orders placed in NeuroFlow Next Gen apps the default flow rate for an order will be the maximum flow rate for the outlet provided that:

- The maximum flow rate is the same as the minimum flow rate.

or

- There is no minimum flow rate set.

You can control these defaults by setting the maximum and minimum flow rate attributes for the outlets.

# Configuring Default Order Start Time

The default order start time is configured for all applications using the [Default Start Time for Order Attribute](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PNC/pages/2051899649). For orders placed in NeuroFlo Next Gen apps the system default will be 7am the following day.

# Configuring the Default Delivery Schedule Period.

Use the following parameters to configure the default start time and duration of the Delivery Schedule in NetworkConnect and SiteConnect:

| Delivery Schedule Default Duration | Hours | -1 |

The start time will default to 7am unless you have also configured a [Default Start Time for Order Attribute](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PNC/pages/2051899649) in which case it will use the attribute value.

# Enabling or Disabling Order Waitlisting in CustomerConnect

Use the Planning > Available order actions when order changed by DMS parameter to define what options are available if the DMS Service has suggested a change to the lodged order.

The options are:

- ACCEPT - The user can accept or reject the changed order.
- ACCEPT_OR_WAITLIST (default) - The user can accept, reject or waitlist the changed order.
- AUTO_WAITLIST -  The system automatically waitlists the changed order.

The options displayed in the dialog boxes in CustomerConnect will depend on what setting you have chosen.
