# Viewing the Volume Reduction Percentage

The volume reduction percentage is stored in the **Vol Reduction** property for the order. You can see the current value of this setting in the following places:

- In the web ordering screen (for irrigators)
- In the Orders table on the Stored Water Distribution screen. The value is displayed in the **Vol Reduction** column.
- In the Order Details screen on the User Data tab.

# Changing the Volume Reduction Percentage

The Volume Reduction Percentage is usually set by the customer, however you can modify it yourself if necessary.

> ℹ️ **Caution**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ If you want to change the setting for an order that is already in an unfinalised plan, you must reset the plan and reapply any Water Restriction Group rationing before the changes will take effect.

**To change the Volume Reduction Percentage**

1. Open the Order Details screen for the order that you want to change. For example, from the Stored Water Distribution screen you can click the Details button beside the order number to open the Details screen for that order.
2. Open the **User Data** tab.
3. Click **Edit** to make the **Vol Reduction** field editable, and set the required value.
4. Click **Save** to save your changes.
5. When you have made as many changes as necessary, click **Cancel** to close the Stored Water Distribution screen.
6. Choose **Plan > Reset** from the Rationing Schematic window.

You must now reapply any restrictions before you confirm orders and finalise the plan.
