# Report Description

Use this report to calculate how much water will be used for each order in the current rationing cycle. You can also modify the parameters to determine how the orders would be rationed if the parameters were changed. You could then manually modify the orders to apply those changes.

# Report Parameters and Options

The parameters of the report are the same as the properties of the ration period. See Create a Ration Period (p.5) for details.

| Planning Area/Group | The Planning Area or group to which the Ration Period is applied. |
| Start Date | Enter the start date of the ration period. |
| Cycle Length (days) | Cycle length of this ration period. |
| Cycle Type | Specify whether the cycles are fixed or rolling. |
| Delivery Share % | Specifies the factor by which the available water is multiplied to give the ration allocation. |

| Delivery Share | Delivery Share group to which the authorisation belongs (for non-diversion outlets). |
| Ration Volume | Volume that will be supplied for this order. |
| Current Usage | Volume currently supplied for this order. |
| Next Cycle | Start of the next cycle in this Ration Period. |
| Alloc Bank Account | ABA associated with the authorisation. |
| Party Name | Owner of the ABA. |
| Phone Number | Owner's phone number. |
| Service Point | Service point associated with this authorisation. |
| Start Time Date | Order start time and date as lodged. |
| Finish Time Date | Order finish time and date as lodged. |
| Dur Hrs | Order duration in hours. |
| Flow Rate | Order flow rate. |
| Suggested Finish | Finish date and time that will satisfy the rationing requirements if the order is rationed. |
