If an outlet is controlled by Rubicon Demand Management System (DMS), customers have more control over the ordering process. These features are available if the DMS service is configured for the area in which the outlet is located, and if the outlet is in TCC mode.

This means that customers can check the capacity of the system before they place an order:

Any orders are verified as soon as they are placed to confirm that there is capacity to satisfy the order. If not, DMS will suggest an alternative order time.

- If the customer clicks **Reject**, the order can still be lodged as an *Unsatisfied* order and referred to a Planner for scheduling.
- If the customer clicks **Accept** the amended order is lodged but the *Requested* order record will be different from the *Estimated* order record so that the *Requested* record captures the customer’s original order details. This data may be used by the [Irrigation and Scheduling Performance Report](https://support.rubiconwater.com/help/dms/content/topics/reports/rpt_irrigationschedulingperformance.htm) to calculate order delivery performance statistics.
