Customers can order using **Customer Online** or **CustomerConnect**.

> ℹ️ The examples below assume that you are restricting river water and topping up with stored water. If you are just supplying stored water and applyng stored water restrictions, irrigators will specify a restriction flow rate rather than a volume percentage. # Customer Online

For each order, a customer can specify how much rationing they will accept before topping up with stored water. Customers can view the details of their stored water allocations and usage from their **Home** page.
