# Adjusting the Flow Snapshot Points

In flow histograms, you can view a table of the flow values at standard times during the plan period. Click View Snapshot Flow Values in the Histogram toolbar to show this table. You can adjust the timing of those snapshot values.

To change the flow snapshot points:

1. To create snapshot points, click System Plan Snapshots to open the System Plan Snapshots module.orTo create custom points, open the Snapshot Parameters tab for the plan.
2. Select a point and click **Delete** to remove it, or click **Insert** to add new points. Points are given relative to 00:00 hours on the current day.

# Adjusting Flow Smoothing in the Histogram

In flow histograms, you can overlay the averaged flows on the flow histogram. Click **View > Smooth Flows** in the Histogram main menu to choose the smoothing option. You can configure the periods available for smoothing.

To configure the flow smoothing periods:

1. Create default smoothing options in the click **System Plan Smoothing** module or create custom options by opening the **Smoothing Parameters** tab for the plan.
2. Select an option and click **Delete** to remove it or click **Insert** to add new options. The time specified for an option gives the period over which the flow is smoothed.

> ℹ️ Set a period of 0 hrs and 30 minutes to show the flow smoothed over a half hour period.

# Creating and Viewing Supply Capacity curves

The Supply Matching tool is used where the supply varies in a predictable way. It allows you to specify the shape of a supply curve for a plan and to view the supply curve on the same trend as the demand curve. This allows you to manage the planned demand to match the supply. Use the **View > Show/Hide Supply Capacity Flow** option in the trending tool to toggle the visibility of the supply capacity curve on the trend screen.
