There are two situation where there may be anomalous flows:

# Flow with no order at a shared outlet

If a flow is recorded at a shared outlet but there is no order corresponding to that flow, a meter reading with the reason type of **Usage but No Order** is applied to the reading. A message is attached to the order and sent to the Planner.

# An order finishes but the flow continues

If an order finishes but the flow does not return to zero, you can configure a message to be sent to the Planner by setting the **Order Finish Action** attribute.

The default values for this attribute are:

- Pool level adjustment required
- TCC Alteration required
- Site alteration Required
- Notification Required
- Field Visit required
