> ℹ️ This section describes a generic web water ordering portal for the information of Water Authority staff. Water Authorities typically customise their customer portal so your implementation of this tool may look different.

If you have implemented web water ordering, customers can use the web portal to:

- Lodge orders including multiflow and repeating orders.
- Confirm orders
- View currently operating orders and historical orders

When the customer's outlet is controlled by DMS they have additional options:

- Modify currently operating orders
- View and modify pending orders

Customers can use a web browser on their desktops, or on a mobile device.
