You can search for orders in the Orders module.

**To search for an order in the Orders module:**
**Step 1**
In the Orders module click **Find Orders** to open the Search tool.
**Step 2**
Enter your search criteria as follows:
| **Property** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Filter | Filter the set of orders that you search. The options are:
- **All orders** - don't filter the set of orders
- **Repeating orders** - show only orders that have been configured to repeat after the first run.
- **Standard orders** - find orders that have been placed using a standard template (not useful unless you create orders with templates)
- **Orders with messages** - find orders that have attached messages
- **Uncompleted orders** - find orders that have not yet been delivered. Note that this does NOTÂ include cancelled orders. |
| Search by | Choose criteria to search by, then enter the search criteria in the **Search Options**. The search types available are:
- **Party** - search by the name of the outlet operator. Enter all or part of the operator's name as a search string.
- **Outlet/Turnout/Offtake** - search by outlet name.
- **Property** - search by property name
- **Order number** - search by order number
- **Date** - search within a date range. You can also specify the order status at that date - for example, by searching for the date when the order was requested.
- **Entry method** - search by order entry method. For example, search for orders entered by IVR or web ordering which are usually entered by the customer, or search for orders that were manually entered in the Orders module which are entered by your staff. |
**Step 3**
Click **Find** to load your search results.
