Orders can be placed:

- By customers using <u>[Web Water Ordering](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PNC/pages/2051899484)</u>
- By your staff by creating an order directly in the **Orders** module.

Even if you have implemented web water ordering, you may occasionally need to create or modify orders manually in the Orders module.
