Edit a ratioining plan to configure flow restrictions for Water Restriction Groups and to check and manage the redistribution of shared water to orders that are affected by the restriction.

To edit an existing rationing plan, select the plan in the Rationing module and click  Edit rationing plan. Plans in the Rationing module are marked as  Finalised or  Not Finalised. Note that you can't edit a finalised rationing plan, if you need to make changes to orders after a plan is finalised, you must do it in the Orders module.
