Create and save a simple rationing plan using the default settings:

# Create the Plan

In the Rationing tool click **Create Rationing Plan** to create a plan for the next available day, then click **Save** to open the plan for editing in the Rationing Schematic.

# Set the Restricted Flow Values.

**Step 1**

In the Rationing Schematic toolbar, click **Water Restriction Group** on the toolbar to view the list of restriction groups. Groups that include orders that can be restricted are shown in yellow text.

**Step 2**

Select a restriction group and click **Apply Restriction** on the toolbar to manage the restriction for that group.

**Step 3**

Set the **Mode**. In this example we have chosen *Restrict* mode.

**Step 4**

In the Flow Share screen, set the **Level** and **Value** fields to specify the amount of restriction.

**Step 5**

Click **Save** to save your changes.

# Top-up Orders with Stored Water

1. On the Rationing Plan schematic tool bar, click **Redistribute Stored Water**. This opens the Stored Water Distribution screen.
2. For each order, review the order details. When you are happy with the order details, click **Confirm** to confirm the changes to stored water usages.
3. Choose **Plan > Finalise** to finalise the plan. The changes to the orders will be confirmed and notifications sent to the irrigators.
