he Site Autolinking tool in the Planning Schematic that allows you to quickly create links for all the orders at a single outlet. Use this tool to arrange the orders in a suitable sequence, then automatically link the orders to remove any gaps or overlaps in the sequence.

## Example: Linking a set of orders at a single site

This describes how to use the linking tool to link a set of orders for a site in order of original start date.

**Step 1**

In the Planning Schematic, right click on the side gate where you want to link orders and choose **Show/Link Orders** from the shortcut menu.

**Step 2**

The **Orders for Outlet** screen will open to show the orders at this side gate that are within the plan period.

**Step 3**

Check the order sequence and make any changes you need. Click **View Trend** to open the Trending window and view the results of any changes you make before you commit to the changes.

**Step 4**

When you are happy with the sequence, click **Link according to sorting order** to save the links.

**Step 5**

Close the **Orders for Outlet** window. Your orders will now be linked. You can re-open the Site Auto Linking tool and change the linking sequence if necessary.
