Unsatisfied orders are orders that could not be scheduled because of demand constraints and the customer has rejected the suggested amendment. You can review unsatisfied orders for a plan day and select the orders that you want to include in the plan.

To review and include unsatisfied orders:

1. View unsatisfied orders as follows:
  - To view all unsatisfied orders click **Unsatisfied Orders** on the toolbar.
  - To view unsatisfied orders for a regulator right-click on the regulator and choose **Unsatisfied Orders Downstream**.
  The Unsatisfied Orders List opens.
2. Select the checkboxes beside the orders that you want to include in the plan and click **Include**.
