You can specify the number of decimal places allowed for specifying the flow rate when an order is placed. This property is set using the **Order Flow Rate Decimal Places** attribute which defaults to 1.

> ℹ️ **Example**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ Set the attribute to 2 to allow customers to request a flow rate to two decimal places.

You can set this attribute on the system to provide a system-wide default, or on the area, group or individual outlet. Setting the attribute at a lower level (such as the outlet) will override the setting on any parent object (such as the system).

See <u>[Adding a New Attribute Value to an Object](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CFGNC/pages/2001568023/Viewing+and+Modifying+Attribute+Values#Adding-a-New-Attribute-Value-to-an-Object)</u> for more information about setting attribute values.
