System Administrators can configure the change limits for orders at sites where TCC mode is “Partial”. The following configuration options are available:

- The **Change an Order Flow Rate by X ML/d** attribute can be applied at System, Area, Group or Service Point (Outlet) level and specifies the maximum flow rate change in ML/d. It defaults to 4 ML/d.

> ℹ️ **Note**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ This is different from flow rate-of-change constraints that are set on a *Regulator*. See [https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PNC/pages/2051899679](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PNC/pages/2051899679) for details.

- The **Extend an Order by X hours** attribute can be applied at System, Area, Group or Service Point (Outlet) level and specifies the maximum change to the finish time in hours. It defaults to 4 hours.
- The **Number of Partial Order Changes** parameter is applied at the System level and specifies the maximum number of changes that a customer may make to an order.

> ℹ️ **Note**
> ℹ️
> ℹ️ Changes made by a Planner are not counted towards this limit.
