The contacts in the Contact List can have one of these statuses:

| **Status** | ** Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Contactable | The planner is logged in and has marked themselves as contactable. |
| Not contactable | The planner is logged in but has marked themselves as not available for contact. |
| After-hours contact | No planner is logged in, these are the contact details of the after-hours planner. |
