Tools for Planners for planning and managing customer orders.   Display the planner contact details for each planning area. Release a planning area if a planner has not logged out successfully.   Create and manage water orders for the network. This section also includes details of   for irrigators.   Create, edit and finalise plans for order delivery if you are using  Manual  or  Partial  planning.   Describes different tools for applying restrictions when water supply is limited.    Create and manage groups of regulators and outlets to view in the Planning Schematic flow histogram. (Note that these are different from the sets of tags, also called “trend groups”, used for plotting data in the trending tool.
