These are some of the most important property attributes that are used by the Rubicon ordering system.

| **Attribute** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Annual Water Entitlement | The amount of permanent water entitlement for a property. |
| Entitlement total | The total allocation available for this season. |
| Entitlement remaining | The allocation remaining for this season. Calculated from the usage to date. |
| Period to Date Usage | Metered usage plus Estimated usage based on orders for all connected outlets. Calculated from outlet meter readings and orders. |
| Stopped Indicator | Set this to prevent orders from being placed for this property |
