This section contains tools for managing and configuring network objects. See also the   space for more network related tools.   View the details of an authorisation including the associated property and outlet, the usages recorded for the authorisation and the parties who can create orders and enter metered usages.   View and manage the Regulator objects that are connected to your network.   Manage the current and historical values of losses set on network pipes and reaches.   Create and manage maintenance schedules and associated outages for your water network.   Create and manage planning areas including Ration Periods, Performance, and Spill Allocations.   View and manage planning groups which are groups of Planning Areas.   View and manage the regulators that have been designated as setflows.   Define top regulators for use in some Network reports.   View and manage outlets. (Outlets must be created using the  Network Editor , so that they are correctly connected to the network.)   Create and manage property records. (Properties are created in the Properties module, then added to the network with the  Network Editor .   Transfer an outlet from one property to another.   Calculates the predicted water demand for an area and a time-period to estimate how much water the network should allocate to supply the area.
