Unsatisfied orders are orders that could not be scheduled because of demand constraints and the customer has rejected the suggested amendment.

**To review and manage unsatisfied orders:**

- To view unsatisfied orders for the whole network select **System > Unsatisfied Orders** from the menu.
- To view unsatisfied orders for a regulator right-click on the regulator and choose **Unsatisfied Orders Downstream**.

From the Unsatisfied Orders screen you can view the order details and reschedule or cancel the order.
