The Customer Comms module is where you can send communications to customers, and view a record of any messages sent. Messages use the message templates defined in the [https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CFGNC/pages/2018672641](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CFGNC/pages/2018672641). You can use the built-in comm types or create your own custom types.

# What is a Customer Communication?

A customer communication is a message that is sent to customers who are registered to receive that type of message, such as SMS or email.
