# Simplified Local Configuration via Keypad

Use the FACTORY CMMSN option in the Maintenance menu to configure the Solar Regulator and make sure that you choose the custom EEPROM configuration option, NOT the default EEPROM.

| **Setting** | **Value** |
| --- | --- |
| Battery capacity | Enter the capacity of the battery pack that you are fitting (for example, standard 50 Ah for a single lithium battery pack). |
| Battery temperature sensor | Select *YES* |
| Use default solar regulator parameters | Select *NO* |
| System voltage | Accept the default value |
| Load disconnect voltage | Set to *10.80 V* |
| Load disconnect delay | Set to *30 seconds* |
| Load reconnect voltage | Set to *12.40 V* |
| Boost voltage | Set to *13.60 V* |
| Equalisation voltage | Set to *13.60 V* |
| Absorption voltage | Set to *13.60 V* |
| Float voltage | Set to *13.60 V* |
| Equalisation frequency | Accept the default value |
| Equalisation time | Accept the default value |
| Absorption time | Accept the default value |
| Boost frequency | Accept the default value |
| Boost return voltage | Accept the default value |
| Battery type | Set to *FIXED FLOAT* |
| Peak charge current | Accept the default value |

You will be prompted to save your changes.
