Export data from any table to the clipboard or to an Excel spreadsheet.

**To copy a single row to the clipboard:**

- Select the row to export. Right-click and choose **Copy selection to clipboard**

**To copy the whole table to the clipboard:**

- Right-click and choose **Copy table to clipboard**

After you have copied a row or table to the clipboard, you can paste the contents into a document or spreadsheet.

**To copy the whole table to an Excel spreadsheet:**

- Right-click and choose **Export table to excel file.**Files are saved in comma separated value (csv) format.
