The Printers Module is where you manage printers and fax machines for printing from Rubicon applications.

# Layout of the Printers Module Screen

# Adding a New Printer or Fax Machine

1. Install the printer.
2. In the Printers module click **Insert** to open the Inserting Printer tool.
3. In the **Name** field, enter the device name and network location in the form \\COMPUTER\DEVICE
4. In the **Description** field, enter a description of the printer of fax. This will be how the device is identified in menus and options when choosing a destination for printed documents.
5. Specify the device **Type**, either printer or fax.
6. Click **Save** to save your changes.
