These are the **New value** options available when writing source tag values to a destination tag using the Data Transfers module:

| **Option** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Most recent value | Copy the current value of the tag |
| Value and timestamp | Copy recorded values including their source timestamp. |
| Step integral | Calculate the area under a graph of the recorded values by assuming that the value stays constant between readings as shown in this diagram:<br>![image]() |
| Trapezoidal integral | Calculate the area under a graph of the recorded values by assuming that the value changes linearly between readings as shown in this diagram:<br>![image]() |
| Sum of values | Sum the recorded values. |
| Average value | Average the recorded values |
