**Step 1**

<u>[Configure a Data Export](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DMNC/pages/2053800074)</u>, then enter the following details:

| **Property** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Publish Report | Print or email the export file contents when the export task is run or choose *Email on error* to notify a recipient when the task does not run successfully. |
| Publish Status | Print or email a status report when the export task is run or choose *Email on error* to notify a recipient when the task does not run successfully. |

**Step 2**

Click **Schedule** to open the [https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DMS/pages/2018509019](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DMS/pages/2018509019) and enter the following details:

| **Property** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Start Date/Time | Specify the first time that the export task should run. |
| Recurring | Select this checkbox if you want to run the task regularly and specify how often you want the task to run. |
| Increment Date Parameters each run | If you have specified an explicit start or end date for the [export period](https://support.rubiconwater.com/help/spm/content/topics/modules/dataexport/con_dataexportperiod.htm), and the export is to be run regularly, select this checkbox to update the start or end date each time the task runs. |

**Step 3**

Click **Save** to save the schedule and submit the report to the Scheduler.
