**Step 1**

| **Property** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Publish Status | Print or email a status report when the import task is run or choose *Email on error* to notify a recipient when the task does not run successfully. |

**Step 2**

Click **Schedule** to open the Report and Task Scheduler, and enter the following details:

| **Property** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Start Date/Time | Specify the first time that the export task should run. |
| Recurring | Select this checkbox if you want to run the task regularly, and specify how often you want the task to run. |
| Increment Date Parameters each run | Not required for import files |

**Step 3**

Click **Save** to save the schedule and submit the report to the Scheduler.
