You must specify the culture used for an order in the following circumstances:

- The order is for an unmetered outlet.
- You are using area and depth to calculate the water volume supplied (see [https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CFGNC/pages/2018639995](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CFGNC/pages/2018639995) for more details).

In this case, you can enter the culture type and area for the order in the **Unmetered order details.**
