Add a new culture to make it available when placing orders for unmetered outlets.

**Step 1**

In the Cultures module click **Insert** to create a new culture

**Step 2**

Enter the following details:

| **Property** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Description | A meaningful description for the culture |
| Depth | Depth to which this culture is irrigated. The depth units are set in the *Crop depth unit* system parameter. |

**Step 3**

Click **Save** to save your changes.
