These parameters are used to configure an Email to Fax service for customer communications:

| **Parameter** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Customer communication fax domain | Domain name of the email to fax service |
| Customer communication fax from address | From address for faxes sent via the email to fax service. This must be a valid email address. For example set up a no_reply email address for fax. |
