The Alarm Actions module is where you can manage the application's response to alarms. Use the Alarm Actions module to

- Define alarm groups.
- Create alarm actions.
- Set the sequence of actions for an alarm.

# What is an Alarm Group?

An alarm group is a set of tags that can trigger an alarm when a specified alarm state is reached by any of the tags in the group. Alarm groups are configured in the Alarm Actions module.

# What is an Alarm Action?

An alarm action is an action that the system takes when an alarm is triggered for an alarm group. Alarm actions are used to send notifications when an alarm is triggered. An alarm can have a set of alarm actions which are executed in a defined order.

Alarm actions are defined on the Actions tab of the Alarm Actions module. You can define any number of alarm actions for an alarm group.
